All sales conditions are fully accepted by the purchaser when placing the order.

All orders are subject to management approval. Any errors in calculations are subject to correction.

All orders are considered special order and cannot be cancelled after 72 hours. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production can begin. Balance is due before delivery. Merchandise held over 30 days from availability to delivery must be paid in full and is subject to storage charges. Peggy Norris Designs, LLC will make every effort to produce the order in the specified time, however due to the nature of handmade rugs and bench-made furniture, delivery time is only an estimate. Color shades and textures may vary.

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the color reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in color caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products

Furniture measurements

The dimensions given are written for your guidance. Before ordering, please ensure that there is adequate room to take the furniture through any doorways and windows, taking note of any restricted passageways, stairs and awkward turns. Please contact us with any questions.

Wood

With exposure to light and air, cherry wood, maple and oak will mature to a deeper color. This will be most pronounced in cherry wood. For this reason objects placed on surfaces could leave 'shadows' when removed. Should this happen, exposure to daylight will eventually darken these paler areas.

Leather

Leather is a natural product and each hide will have its own individual characteristics and natural marks. Differences in the grain, texture and color may be apparent from one hide to another and even within the same hide. Peggy Norris Designs selects only hides of the highest quality but some marking is inevitable and should be accepted as part of the individual appearance of leather furniture.

Shipping Policy:

Buyer is responsible for shipping cost from High Point, NC to destination. Shipping will be calculated and billed after the order is place.

Furniture and Rug orders typically take 12-16 weeks to be delivered. The delivery date is just an estimate. Peggy Norris Designs, LLC will make every effort to make the furniture or rug in the specified time, however due to the nature of special orders delivery time will vary from order to order. The estimated delivery time begins when the order is finalized, all finishes approved and all COM fabrics are received at the factory. Fabrics and frames can sometimes be discontinued without notice. An estimated delivery date is not a promised delivery date.

Return Policy:

Claims must be made within 8 days of receipt to the company/person who placed the order in the USA. Return of goods is not permitted unless authorized by Peggy Norris Designs, LLC. We will be happy to offer you an exchange provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition with the original packaging. Return of an item is at your own cost.
