As a long term resident of Kiawah Island, South Carolina, Peggy has extensive experience living and working in the Kiawah community and understands the environment and vision of a coastal lifestyle.
Peggy is a leader in the field of remodeling, new construction and all aspects of home design. Architects and Builders love having Peggy on their team working day to day, onsite with them and handling all communications to their clients.
With 35 years of experience in the field, she still believes in a strong team concept. Cassie Alford and Ellen Taylor Underwood are an integral part of the team.
Cassie Alford
Cassie Alford has been fully immersed in the commercial design world with over a decade of experience in multi-family, hospitality and restaurant design.
A licensed interior designer and member of the American Institute of Architects, International Interior Design Association and American Society of Designers. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, with a focus in Architectural Studies from the University of Texas at Antonio. She is known for her attention to detail, allowing her to be the lead designer on multi-million-dollar projects, nationally.
She is driven by curiosity, passion and a zealousness to put forward the best product for the client and the users.
Ellen Taylor Underwood
Ellen has a diverse background in hospitality, commercial, and residential design. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Converse College where she also studied Art History in Milan and Florence, Italy.
A member of The International Interior Design Association. Hospitality design includes top names hotels such as The Hilton, The Marriott and The Wyndam.
As a lead designer of large scale projects for Knoll and Steelcase, her clients include the McGuire Air National Guard Base and Medical University of South Carolina. Her current residential projects include homes in Palo Alto, California and Panama City, Panama. Being from Pawley’s Island, SC, she adds perfect coastal vibe for our local projects in Kiawah and the surrounding Islands.
